Who: Marcus "Mick" Thomas Hickman is a native Washingtonian, and current resident of the Historic Art District of Anacostia.  

 

Why: As the District expands, it is vital to have an Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner (ANC) who embodies the resilience of historic DC and is dedicated to fostering unity through a 'Bridging Forward' approach.
